How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your order using our Order Tracking page or directly with our delivery partner. For large irrigation systems, our delivery team will contact you directly with updates.
What are your delivery hours?
We deliver Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. For express shipping, we offer scheduled delivery times between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Our delivery team will call you 30 minutes before arrival to ensure you're available.
Do you offer installation services?
Yes! We offer professional installation services for all irrigation systems. Installation charges vary based on system complexity and size. Contact our support team at +254 704 302 723 for a free installation quote. Installation can be scheduled after delivery.
What if I'm not available during delivery?
Our delivery team will attempt delivery twice. If you're unavailable, we'll leave a delivery note and reschedule. For large irrigation equipment requiring signature, we'll contact you to arrange a convenient time. Items can also be collected from our warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within Kenya only. However, we're expanding to serve East Africa. For international inquiries or bulk orders, please contact our export department at export@hydroflow.co.ke for custom shipping arrangements and quotations.
How are large irrigation pipes delivered?
Large HDPE pipes (100m rolls) are delivered using specialized trucks with loading equipment. We recommend having adequate space for unloading. Our team will assist with offloading. For farms and remote locations, we use 4x4 vehicles capable of navigating rough terrain.
